Grade/Level - VP/Associate Director Department - Marketing & Communications Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Think, design and implement the digital marketing strategy for the company. - Plan and draw out the digital roadmap for the company. - Focus on client acquisition through digital marketing. - Drive content to create an engaged online community (in the BSFI sector) - Identify, evaluate, appoint and manage partners to create a unique digital ecosystem and support Group's multiple and parallel digital initiatives. - Drive key initiatives and metrics across social, new media, web, and e-commerce. - Direct online campaigns through SEM and display marketing. - Improve the design, usability, content and conversion points of key digital assets. - Work with the business SBUs to plan and implement all digital campaign collateral while keeping in mind consistency and alignment with Group branding and strategy. - Work with the Business teams to improve customer attraction and retention. - Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop digital communications as per brief. - Work with data scientists / analytics teams / analytics tools to spot trends, predict behaviours. - Manage the use of digital media to support the company's product strategy. - Build a large online community for the brand in BFSI sector. - Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives. Requirements: Qualification- - MBA in marketing.
