Edelweiss - Client Engagement Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for retaining existing active clients & increase revenue. Ensure consistent client engagement activities to fence these clients using digital & offline mediums. Also required to build smart data analytics to understand client trading behavior/segmentation & run marketing campaign to retain our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

Work on building Retention strategies for clients to keep them active

Will be responsible for the assigned targets for usability levels (KPI) in terms of retaining existing client to trade & increase wallet share

Collaborate with Channel - Branch & Sales various increasing Revenue from existing clients.

Functional Responsibilities

Create, Optimize & evolve retention strategies to fence clients

Introduce clients with relevant Equity & Non Equity Products to increase business

Identify areas of customer improvement experience & Create new & develop existing retention campaigns & loyalty programs

Evaluate program results and optimize as required

Coordinate with Research teams to engage clients with relevant research content/article to create engagement

Good Content writing skills to communicate effectively to clients through mailers & SMS

Strong business analytics to identify clients

Liaise with Product Team for new Product launches & create effective marketing campaign for the clients.

Qualifications: Graduate with MBA preferred

Experience: 6 to 7 yrs
