HR Business Partner_Mumbai Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Ltd. is looking to hire Human Resource Business Partner (HR BP) for Mumbai office Experience: 6+ years Education: Graduate with Masters from Premier B-School Preferred: Applicants from AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds) or MFs (Mutual Funds) industry are preferred. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of proven experience in human resources, with a strong focus on stakeholder management. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on employee relations, and driving initiatives that support organizational growth and development. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and initiatives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster employee engagement and retention. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and develop tailored HR solutions to support them. - Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to managers as needed. - Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives. - Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure the recruitment and selection process meets business needs and attracts top talent. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace culture. - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Proven track record of effectively managing stakeholder relationships and influencing business outcomes. - Experience in driving organizational change and managing complex HR projects About Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors Limited pioneered private debt in India with the launch of the USD 230 mn fund in 2010.
