JOB Description

Designation: National Sales Manager

Role Objective: Managing Sales & Marketing of the entire range of Ecosense products and achieve annual targets

Responsibilities:

Business Development

- To generate quality leads that result in sales

- Make presentations of proposals, demonstrations and organize training for professors, HODs, faculty, and other decision making authorities in Universities and higher education institutes to close sales

- Individual contribution as well team targets to achieve sales performance targets

- Assist in sales/marketing strategy execution

- Identify market expansion opportunities for growth

- Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies and proposals for the assigned region

Value Management/Value Pricing

- Understand segmentation; understand value elements critical to customers; calculate value equations; target value propositions to customer segments

- Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on value delivered relative to customers next best alternative; Promote use of value pricing

- Lead change management around pricing management; Drive significant financial results

Relationship Management

- Communicate the value of the offering in customer centric terms to cause customer to choose Ecosense offerings based on value delivered

- Relationship management with potential and existing clients

- Establishing relationship with decision making authorities in higher education institutes

- Provide good after sales customer assistance and coordinate with product team for timely and satisfactory issue resolution

- Assistance in product development

- Collect and communicate client feedback to the management and R&D team to facilitate product improvement and new product development

- Engaging Clients for regular follow-up and updates about Ecosense products & services

Base Location: Delhi

Key Requirements:

- Experience: above 5 years of experience, preferably in a sales role

- Educational Qualification: Engineer + MBA (preferably marketing)

- Skills

- Sales & Marketing

- Negotiation

- Presentation skills (proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)

- Strong Inter-personal and communication skills
