Manager-Project Finance

1. Documentation

- Involved in structuring and drafting of Project Documents, LOIs, and Purchase Orders to Machine Suppliers & EPC Contractors.

- Involved in Documentation of Loan / Investment / Subscription Agreement.

- Review of Financial documents from techno-commercial perspective.

- Preparation of information Memorandum and project reports.

2. Relationship Management

- Liaison with Investors, sharing MIS information and interaction for all compliances as single point contact.

- Liaison with Project lenders, working capital lenders, arranging site visits, sharing of information in capacity of single point contact.

- Negotiation with the independent wind power consultants, lender's consultants /engineers.

3. Project Modeling & MIS Reporting

- Financial evaluation of Project Sites offered by Vendors

- Sizing of Debt for Project Term Loan

- Financial Modeling for Equity

- Investors

- Structuring of Financial

- Instruments.

- Preparation of CMA reports for submission to working capital lenders and non-fund based limits etc.

4. Credit Rating

- Coordinating with rating agencies for providing company and project information.
