Economist/Lead Economist - Investment Management Firm

Looking for resourceful candidate to join research team .

Job Responsibility :-

Analysing and summarising important developments related to global economic conditions, central bank policies financial data from different sources.

Developing and maintaining quantitative models for economic conditions,

Keeping track of macroeconomic as well as financial market movements.

Experience Required ;-

Ideal candidate should have an MBA in Finance/Economics or a PhD (or equivalent qualification) with 2- 8 years of relevant experience along with strong empirical/econometric skills.

Also, working knowledge of financial databases like Bloomberg and Capital IQ. Understanding of statistical package like E-views and Matlab would be an added advantage.
