Economist - Fixed Income Investment - AMC

We have an opportunity with one of our leading AMC in Mumbai for a opening of Economist.

Work Profile:

- The candidate will be responsible for macro-economic research with an objective of strengthening the fixed-income investment decision process and enhance the quality of market communication. Areas of responsibility will include:

- Manage database of all relevant economic data.

- Short term predictions on key macro-variables like inflation, growth etc

- Build macro models for longer term predictions

- Build and maintain country models

- Lend quantitative skill support to other areas of analysis, including exploring the creation of a - macro debt fund- .
