10-15 years which will be a blend of Banking, Government, Financial Institutions and in Industries similar to ours. Minimum experience of 10 years, good experience of writing business, policy and macro economic reports, mature and good communication skills required. Stability important.

Education : PG in Economics

Knowledge of Econometrics

To scan economic environment, observe trends pertaining to M&M businesses and come out with various hypotheses for future.

- To develop deeper understanding of working in various countries and hence risks associated with the same.

- Currency movement and likely fluctuations so as to be a thought partner with the respective functions for future trends.

- To understand Government spend, budgeting processes, current account deficiencies, foreign reserve status.

- To develop macro trends so as to identify areas for policy advocacy.

- To interact with various external agencies for knowledge sharing and learning.
