Economic Research - Investment Banking

We are hiring for one of a leading UK based Investment Banking firm based in Mumbai

Job Responsibilities include:

- Analyzing and evaluating key economic data using various mathematical and statistical models

- Updating and developing various databases

- Keeping track of relevant economic indicators and writing up ongoing commentaries/updates.

- Generating files/analyses for client requests as required.

- Working with the Global Economics team to generate new ideas as well as produce and publish research reports

- Identifying and analysing key global trends on growth, inflation, monetary policy rates etc.

- Work on thematic reports based on any prevalent global theme.

- Maintain and augment a comprehensive database on macroeconomic variables.

Education - Tier 1 Institute - M.Sc Economics ( LSE, DSE preferred )

Experience ranging between 2-6 yrs
