Location: Gurgaon

Salary : Upto Rs 15LPA

- Managing e commerce platform to drive revenue growth

- Customer Experience

- Manage E Comm platform to ensure online shopping experience

- Web Traffic

- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless online shopping experience with self-servicing capabilities and information at a click

- Maintain and Secure Transactional flows - analyse, improve, implement add-ons.

- Identify trends/customer behavior

- Collaborate with CFT for website/app design inputs

- Work closely with marketing and loyalty teams

- Knowledge on international fares and ticketing

- Digital marketing/SEO/SEM knowledge

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the e-commerce platform

- Work closely with the marketing and loyalty teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, promos /offers and other initiatives to boost online traffic/sales.
