DESCRIPTION

- Define and execute a strategy for web and mobile analytics, managing the implementation and administration of digital analytics tools, and ensuring that proper methodologies of tracking and tagging are employed

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand relevant goals, define success metrics, and measurement solutions as they relate to site analytics

- Bridge the gap between traditional eCommerce business analytics and Site analytics via clickstream data (traffic and browsing performance, marketing drivers, navigation usage, product engagement, and cart initiation and conversion)

- Coordinate with Customer Analytics and Interactive Marketing teams to synchronize data and tracking across functions in an effort to provide a 360 view of the customer, understand Marketing Channel performance, and grow customer acquisition and retention

- Stay abreast of industry developments and drive the continual evolution of digital measurement solutions through work with analytic vendor resources, Front-End Development, App Engineers, and other technical implementation teams

- Ensure accuracy of data reporting and maintain the integrity of tracking through continuous Quality Assurance Testing of vendor tags and pixels

- Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly summary reports/dashboards on digital application performance

- Drive and live a data driven and accountable culture and mindset

- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules

Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or Masters in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required

- 3+ years of related experience in analyzing web and mobile analytics via Adobe, IBM/Coremetrics, Google Analytics, or an equivalent platform like Tableau

- Experience in an eCommerce environment a must

- Effective analytical/problem solving and research skills

- Passion for data analysis and answering why

- Knowledge of Agile methodology

- Strong understanding of web analytics implementation throughout websites and applications, and performing quality checks to ensure tracking and reporting is correct

- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business units.

- Ability to troubleshoot, identify patterns, and generate new approaches to reporting

- Ability to understand and help gather business reporting requirements that meet business needs of and internal stakeholders

- Ability to communicate reporting deliverables with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders within all levels of the organization

- Front end web development skills, including HTML and CSS

- Software - BI (Cognos, Microstrategy), Web Analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics / Coremetrics, etc), Advanced Office (VBA, Automation), Database (SQL, NoSQL, design, optimization), Tag Management (Google Tag Manager), Jasper reports.
