Hiring for E-Commerce Sales Head
Work Description/Responsibilities
- To continuously evaluate Ecommerce market and bring new customers on board.
- To build a team of efficient and competent Key Account Managers who in turn will create Strong Relationship with clients.
- To ensure 100 % Service Satisfaction level with Clients.
- To achieve Channel targets set by company in terms of Topline and Bottomline
- This includes the creativity applied to make sure the same is achieved.
- To conduct potential market surveys for new potential Ecommerce clients
- To build and plan strategy for acquiring new customers with help of research and market feedback.
- To take quick and spot decision to ensure smoothness on stock availability with clients. The decisions to be based on the severity of the situations.
- To conduct monthly reviews with KAM team which will be scheduled with defined parameters.
- To be a part of the monthly meetings and Quarterly Business Review and present the results of the Month / Quarter went by and a plan for the next Month / Quarter
- To discuss the monthly city specific client visit plan with KAM team as per defined PJP.
- Meeting with the Ecommerce clients Monthly for understanding support areas and actioning it.
- To ensure 100 % Payments collection from Clients as per defined payment norms.
