eCommerce Program Manager

Job Description:

- The candidate will be required to manage the e-Commerce program for the client where she/he will be expected to liaise with business and the development team and manage multiple projects in the e-Commerce domain.

- While the candidate will be expected to understand the business processes, the user will need to have exposure to technical implementation is a must.

- The candidate must be aware and updated with the latest trends and updates in the business model and technology and use the same in creating the e-Commerce solution.

- Guide the team on the UX to create an interactive user experience.

- Must be able to manage the product lifecycle for the client right from inception till the final product.

- Should be able to create the change management strategies and able to drive the change on ground with the help of the team.

- Identify the right KPIs to track the adoption and performance of the e-Commerce portal.

Required Skills:

- Ability to understand the tech-stack and the integration methods

- Experience of implementing multiple e-Commerce solutions

- Should understand the data and the use cases of data for the business scenarios

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution

- 8-10 years of work experience in e-Commerce domain is preferred.
