- Setting marketing goals/objectives

- At least 3+ years' experience in growth marketing or performance marketing on platforms mentioned above

- Be curious and have a high consumer orientation & an interest in buying psychology

- Have a flair for presentation with strong analytical & reasoning skills to build a data led function

- Past performance record of success in driving media efficiency & building brands on platforms.

- Strong planning, communication & organisational skills
