Reporting to E- Commerce Head . Job Description : - The incumbent will need to have a strong understanding of account management and digital commerce in order to drive the overall top line and bottom line for the account. - Input into brand strategy development - Translate brand strategy into quarterly plans discussing with Market Place Stakeholders - Plan detailed monthly promos using key principles of spend conditionality and trade promo evaluation - Activation, Manage approvals &amp; provisioning Make in-month corrections to plans as needed - Assortment Management - Identify gaps in assortment, secure listings at retailer - Ensure timeliness &amp; accuracy of new listings process - Sales Operations - for Take overall responsibility fill rate and availability. - Directly own monthly forecast and S&amp;OP process Oversee billing, invoicing, delivery &amp; returns processes - Process Improvement - Project manage cross-functional projects - Liaise with retailers to execute process improvements
