Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and driving sales target through marketplace portals and brand website
- In depth knowledge of the following market places Amazon, Instagram, Flipkart, Paytm
- Design and implement strategy to increase traffic on product page and track competition
- Planning marketing activations & optimizing ROI for spends basis Impressions, CTR and Conversions
- Designed effective consumer campaigns on portals which includes On-site visibility, CPC & CPM campaigns
- Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store
- Forecasting and executing monthly/annual sales targets
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
- Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals

- Must have strong communication skills and must be able to communicate to people from different background at their level. Must be able to able to articulate and sell your ideas
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and must adapt quickly to a changing business environment
- Superior customer interfacing skills and demonstrate ownership, analytical ability and an eye for detail. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous start-up kind of environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives
- Work with category managers, marketing managers, and buying department to develop and execute promotional programs and campaigns to drive sales
