Key Responsibilities:
P&L Management:
- Own the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for our brand on specific ecommerce platforms.
- Analyze financial data, set revenue and profit targets, and implement strategies to achieve them.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Ensure optimal stocking levels of products through effective purchase order (PO) fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain efficient inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
Ecommerce Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility on ecommerce platforms.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize ad spend, product placement, and content to maximize ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the leadership team to align the company's vision and mission with ecommerce goals.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at increasing margins, reducing backend costs, and improving operational efficiency.
Vendor and Partner Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce platform providers, vendors, and partners.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and promotional opportunities to benefit the brand.
Multi-Tasking and Deadline Management:
- Successfully juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
E-Commerce Space Expertise:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, including competitive strategies, marketing best practices, usability standards, and industry trends.
Data Analysis:
- Utilize spreadsheets (Excel), pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and web analytics tools to maintain organization, monitor product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, setting targets, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
