- The ideal candidate should possess leadership, business and presentation skills.

- Should be able to launch and position new business vertical.

- To work with web developers to create an online business vertical "A Website" where sellable inventory of all Senior Living communities of India can be posted for viewers to identify the product suiting to their needs and buy it. All Leads generated through this traffic will be a revenue creation for the company.

- Frame legal compliances related to product line.

- Conduct market research on the product line.

- Plan promotional and advertisement campaigns.

- Develop other revenue strategies for the business.

- Business management skills.

- Develop online and email market campaigns.

- Prepare and present product presentations and pitch it to the real estate owners to position them on website.

- Reports analysis and analyze conversion numbers.

- Stay connected with Senior Living Sales team for timely update of products and rates
