Ecommerce Marketing Manager
The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is an industry-leading e-commerce expert and contributes to manage, grow, and evolve our digital transformation efforts to build a strong presence on Amazon.com (US) for all our brands and drive sales.
Job Description:
- Build, plan and implement the Amazon ecommerce marketing strategy, including organic and paid marketing.
- Ownership of the business to meet the revenue goals.
- Manage all online activity for Ecommerce in relation to ad spend, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Create, optimize and manage Sponsored Products, Product Display, and Sponsored Brand campaigns against overall sales and ACOS goals on Amazon.
- Utilize SEO techniques to improve product visibility and ranking within marketplace search algorithms.
- Optimize product listings on marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- Manage and update Amazon store front.
- Coordination with product development team and merchandising team to ensure the timely addition of new products and removal of discontinued items.
- Coordination with the catalogue team for creating listings of new products.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with fulfilment team to ensure product availability and prevent stock outs.
- Work with customer service team to monitor customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries, addressing concerns promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon account managers and support teams.
- Observe and react to changes in the marketplace, products, market pricing, customer preferences, competing businesses, keeping a tab on competition, etc.
- Should be able to work independently and grow the business.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing/ecommerce marketing
- Should have excellent expertise managing Amazon.com marketing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Bachelor's/Master's in marketing or relevant field
- Good communication skill and result-driven
