The incumbent should be an MBA from reputed institute with a similar Ecommerce focused role in a consumer oriented D2C Company. The incumbent should have a expert level experience with E-commerce marketplace like Amazon and Flipkart etc. The incumbent must have at least 4 years of experience with D2C company.
KRA's :
- Leading and ensuring revenue realization for the eCommerce Vertical Sales
- SEO - Continually review and optimize search and positioning strategies to significantly grow relevance for key SKUs through in-depth keyword research
- Responsible for managing the eCommerce Advertisement and PPC, optimizing performance and reporting
- Create the merchandizing strategy to ensure keyproducts are featured prominently
- Research and analyze data and other category-related information to forecast sales and manage inventory
- Determine appropriate pricing for SKUs to ensure competitiveness and margins
- Develop launch strategies for new products and markets
- Product research in terms of market size, competitor analysis, inventory requirement, pricing for new product launch or to study market
- Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries and resolve with sense of urgency
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
