eCommerce Manager - FMCG

- Extensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace and AMS, driving all paid and non-paid initiatives. Good knowledge of other accounts.

- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.

- Thorough knowledge of driving performance marketing for the brand; Proactively performing regular optimization of accounts

- Responsible for working on E-commerce marketplace advertising platforms, strategizing, and optimizing campaigns on daily basis.

- Negotiates Promotions/Activations with buyers of eCommerce accounts.

- Tracks & Reports Analysis on Promotional evaluation, customer point of sale information, strategic initiatives with key stakeholders.

- Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly and monthly meetings.

- Assist to plan, develop, and oversee the initiative of major accounts. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.

- Working with design, sales team, creative advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met.

- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.

- Develop and maintain Great relationship with Ecommerce customers which helps in building partnerships and growing business together.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in any industry.

- Ecommerce expertise on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other Marketplace and Long-tail channels is a MUST.

- Ownership of Business P&L.

- Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Willingness to experiment and continuously improve.

- Adaptability to business needs and performance accordingly
