We are hiring for one of our clients which is an up and coming brand in the fashion e-commerce portal.

They are looking for a smart, competent e-commerce professional to join their organisation.

Specific Responsibilities for this role include the following

- Partner with the other HODs to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective categories.

- Establish website data quality metrics and drive continuous improvements.

- Partner with Sales and Business Development leaders to identify anchor merchant targets and offer competing prices to customers.

- Create opportunities to build relationships with vendors to improve the overall experience.

- Develop effective traffic and online marketing strategies.

- Prepare business cases for category-specific initiatives targeted at improving category experience and partner with the appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver them.

- Ensure compelling category content to help customers find and select products.

- Understanding of retail business in the respective category highly desired.

- Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is desirable.

- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap.

Implementation orientation; demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements.
