We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join a dynamic team with a Startup organization.

Job description:

The eCommerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's business with eCommerce portals. This position requires an individual who has a strong understanding of eCommerce sales, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for these portals ( Amazon, Nykaa, Healthkart etc). This role will require a strategic thinker who has experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at eCommerce portals to drive growth within the channels. In depth knowledge of Amazon seller central is a must.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure listing, pricing, promotions, reviews and content are optimized for each portals requirements.

- Manage the account including case logs, listing issues, payment reconciliations and account optimization

- Monitor sales performance and competition benchmarking and provide regular reports and feedback. Demonstrated ability to scale is desirable.

- Collaborate with the performance management agency and in house brand team. Deep knowledge of AMS and performance marketing is required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and initiatives that will positively impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand perception within the channel.

Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management( Amazon and Nykaa etc..) , total experience 5-9 years.
