eCommerce Leader - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Description: 

- Develop a plan that ensures widest range of catalog based on consumer segment insights, regional requirements, marketplace knowledge, and competitive data (both online and offline retail).

- Provide timely information around consumer insights, sales conversions to marketing and product teams so they can plan better.

- Be highly analytical using excel and other systems and drive decision-making purely based on data.

- Building and growing a team of category managers under your supervision top notch backgrounds. Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring. Perform regular performance evaluation and share and seek feedback.

- Create SLAs and SOPs for each of the teams and ensure the same are being met or exceeded.

- Be responsible for GMV, Conversion and Basket Size.

- Be overly obsessive about the end-consumer on the mobile phone.

- Capture and drive internal systems and reporting requirements to ensure needs towards running of smooth operations are being met.

- Taking an active role in strategic discussion and decision-making towards ensuring alignment with the overall vision and mid to long term objectives of the company.

- Be able to operate within fuzziness and a state of - flux- we truly are quite dynamic at our workplace.

- Work closely with the internal stakeholders such as Product, Finance, Category Management, Marketing and external stakeholders such as courier companies and payment companies.

- Perform well under uncertainty and work with unclear communication channels intra and inter team considering that ours is an organization that's swiftly evolving.

Experience: Ideally 3-4 Years of relevant industry experience from Top E-Commerce Companies only.

Preferable: BTech/BE from a reputed university in India/Abroad.
