eCommerce Lead - Global FMCG - IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SIBM/ - Diversity Hiring
As E Com Lead you will lead market digital and eCommerce data, campaign optimization, testing and measurement strategy across all brands in the market to increase efficiency, improve effectiveness of digital media and fuel sales growth from both online and offline sales channels. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop digital and eCommerce analytics capability within APAC from scratch
- Design digital and eCommerce data strategy with market leadership team prioritizing 1st party data development and strategic external data partnerships
- Inspire and provide leadership with all local brand teams in the market to gain a rich understanding of their data, optimization, and measurement priorities
- Design, develop, and deploy KPI goals and dashboards that will increase efficiency and improve effectiveness of digital media spend across all brands.
- Lead strategic data partnership strategy with various global or local eCommerce platforms, e-Retailers, Data vendors and Technology partners
- Responsible for optimizing 3rd party data & technology costs across campaigns
- Develop and lead strategic test and learns
- Drive in-flight optimization sessions coordinating across various matrix internal and external partners
- Lead digital and eCommerce data strategy, measurement culture within the market deploying training curriculum and challenging historic ways of working
- Collaborate with counterparts globally to ensure consistency of tracking, 3rd party data purchasing, and correlation efficiencies related to media spend
