- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets and forecasts for revenue, margin and expenses; recap and analyze business results versus plan.
- Ensures the smooth execution of the business plan by delivering the P&L goals in terms of revenue and profitability while transforming the business based on the long-term vision
- Establish successful cross-functional relationships to achieve goals while working collaboratively with all stakeholders
- Perform research and segmentation studies to determine key consumer targets, insights, needs, wants and behaviors.
- Develop and oversee measurement strategy to track the performance of all online marketing programs; design test strategies and refine creative assets to optimize results.
- Define and deliver upon all sales objectives. Ensure maximum cost efficiencies and balanced spending are consistently achieved; track and ensure accurate budget forecasting, program ROI and benchmark identification.
- Leverage all digital and non-digital marketing channels to maximize ROI for all channels of the business and drive Ecommerce awareness
- Analyse competition trends and drive Category Leadership In all categories that brand operates in.
- Maintain Effective Planning and Reporting Decks for monthly, Quarterly and Yearly assessment
- Manage online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website.
