- Build market share in India's growing mom & baby category via online platform
- Strategize, implement and closely monitor new and effective performance marketing and sales initiatives to increase BTB e-com sales and profitability across 3rd party platforms like amazon, flipkart, myntra, firstcry etc.
- Identify areas of growth opportunity beyond the company plan
- Be the single point of contact for e-com related activities within the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development, Online Vendor Management, Dealer/ Distributor Management, Business Planning/ Implementation.
- Establish complete distribution infrastructure for softens e-com ensuring presence and listing across all platforms and develop long term strong channel partners to widen market penetration
- Complete ownership of online p&l and budget planning and implementation.
- team building: Build strong dynamic cohesive team of internal and external teams to effectively develop E-com solutions to drive E-com Sales
- Manage & Optimise media campaigns and pricing and budgeting
- Regularly analyze data and map competencies required to scale the topline & bottom line for the online business
Budget Management:
- Maintain ROI across platforms by effectively managing and monitoring the media optimisation
- Develop effective pricing strategies across platforms to increase online sales and profitability competition mapping across sites to ensure we are adhereing to goals as per our financial model
