HIRING FOR ECOMMERCE HEAD ROLE WITH US BASED LEADING E COMMERCE COMPANY, POSITION IS BASED AT JAIPUR LOCATION (WORK FROM OFFICE),

Primary responsibility:

- An Ecommerce Head is responsible for developing, Implementing and executing the online marketing strategy.

- This role is a mix of execution and concept creation/planning (60% execution; 40% planning/strategy).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Driving the sell-in & sellout of the products in website to achieve the Annual Volume & Revenue Targets for the brand.

- Execute robust marketing program for building the presence in digital space. Defining & clarifying tactical and long-term objectives supported by a strong implementation plan.

- Create online GTM for products with clear deliverables and monitor execution: Attractive consumer proposition | Digital marketing initiatives along the consumer funnel | Awareness to consideration to conversion | Assets and tools for digital conversion support.

- Review online performance internally and with platform partner on regular basis. Ensure operational efficiencies.

- Planning for New launches with marketing, product & e-commerce partner teams to create impact & deliver on Business numbers. Negotiate effective allocation of e-com partner resources to ensure successful launches.

- Innovative programs and business cases for online promotion initiatives and provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principles are incorporated.

- Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.

- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies.

- Develop and oversee the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.

- Orchestrating all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan;

Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand

- Developing the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and channels and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness

- Generating and implementing new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability. Working as a liaison and primary point of contact within the organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test eCommerce initiatives

Promoting & Marketing:

- Lead, empower, and mentor Marketing team

- Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates and managing margin performance across

- Lead, design, and execute Publisher Partnership Plan. Lead publisher negotiation and strategic partnerships with key publisher

- Own and manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics

Thought Leadership & Partnership:

- Product & Tech: Engage with product & tech team on long term projects, provide business insights & project scoping for

- Demand Projects - Ensure conversion continues to strengthen with the right investments

- Supply Projects: Ensure automation for operations and finance

- participating in building and directing a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute company's long-term vision

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Background from Social Media Marketing or Product Management

- Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to come up with big ideas and execute with an anything is possible attitude.

- Creative and Out of the box Aptitude.

- Expert knowledge of all things digital and social.

- Collaborative nature, willing to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment,

- Attention to detail and execution focused

Key Deliverables:

- E-Commerce Net Sales & Net Units

- Demand Generation: Quantity (Unique visitors/month) & Quality (Basket Creation Rate)

Mktg efficiency: Overall & Activity level CPA

Site Performance: Overall Traffic to Sales Conversion rate Channel health: Availability of ranged products
