Our client, a large Indian FMCG company, wants to build out its e-commerce/D2C business. The company does not have an e-commerce arm which they want help in building from scratch.
They are looking for a consultant with expertise in building, and setting up e-commerce businesses in India.
Below are some of the deliverables that the consultant will be responsible for:
- Create and develop a long-term growth plan and strategic account objectives with internal stakeholders
- Create a clear and priority-driven roadmap for strategy execution, and align cross-functional teams toward it
- Relationship build-up with relevant and hyperlocal e-commerce partners
- Track retailer strategies and key initiatives through top-to-top connections with account leadership teams
- Facilitate category insight exchange through partner data collection
