E - Commerce Head


KRA:

Marketplace Management :

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce marketplace, ensuring optimal performance, product visibility, and customer satisfaction.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on various ecommerce platforms.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and third- party vendors to maximize marketplace opportunities.

Private Label Strategy:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive private label strategy including product development, branding, and marketing initiatives.

2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for private label expansion, aligning with customer preferences and market demands.

3. Work closely with the teams to bring innovative and competitive private label products to market.

E-Commerce Growth & Performance :

1. Drive the overall ecommerce sales strategy, setting targets and KPIs to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals across own platform and marketplaces such as Amazon.

2. Analyze ecommerce performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and customer retention.

3. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure a cutting-edge ecommerce presence.

Digital Marketing Social Media & Communicate Engagement :

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.

2. Oversee social media activities, driving engagement and brand awareness across various platforms.

3. Build and engage the You Care Lifestyle community through online and offline initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among customers.

Tech Vendor Oversight :

1. Collaborate with technology vendors for the development and maintenance of tech systems supporting ecommerce operations.

2. Ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development:

1. Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce, operations, digital marketing, and community engagement team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

2. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

Education Qualification : MBA - Marketing

Work Experience: Overall 10-15 years of experience in E-Commerce industry with at least 5-6 years on Sr. Manager / Lead Position Experience with Nutraceuticals /food supplements products or industry.

Skills:

Candidate having leadership quality & have at least 4-5 years of experience in E-Commerce Industry Must be good in strategic planning for the work group, digital marketing, managing, execution and delivering results , Strong interpersonal skill . Must be able to Achieve company's business objectives as per expectation.
