1. Deliver Sales goals for the ecommerce channel for the company
2. Channel development including opportunity identification and development of future growth strategies
3. Negotiation of terms of trade with customers in line with overall company strategy
4. Promotion planning and execution with customers and internal teams
5. New product launch planning, listing and execution
6. Collaborate with marketing team to build demand generation plans for brands on Ecom platforms
7. Develop marketplace business on identified ecommerce platforms
8. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics team to ensure On Time In Full stock supplies and Fill Rates
9. Budget management including efficient resource utilisation, timely claims processing and tracking
10. Account receivables and credit management in line with company deliverables
11. Business reviews with customers, information capture from customers and analysis for necessary actions
12. Development and upgradation of internal systems and processes for the channel

Professional experience :
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG experience with 5-6 years of experience in ecommerce related roles. Existing relationships with Ecommerce accounts is a must.
- Premier MBA (Tier-1/2 B School) preferred but not mandatory
