- The incumbent will be responsible for defining and leading strategies across all ecommerce touchpoints including online trading, Performance, CRO, digital, CRM and will have full P&L responsibility.
- Liaising and influencing cross-functionally within the senior management team, ensuring all stake holders are engaged on Ecommerce activity, projects and strategy, and knowledge, assistance and insight is acquired where needed.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce performance metrics used and associated testing, analysis and reporting tools
- Managing the relationship with marketplace marketing agencies to develop strategy
- Identifying new marketplace opportunities for the business
- Regularly reporting financial performance and strategic developments for the brand
- Be an exceptional senior stake holder manager, both internally and externally and able to influence

- Minimum 10+ years- experience working within ecommerce business, must have owned a P&L, preferably in a consumer-facing business with experience of managing marketplaces.
- Experience of driving traffic using SEO, PPC, Email Campaigns & Display adverts
- Be highly commercial with a focus on achieving profitable sales growth through margin and budget management
- Strong commercial acumen, be highly analytical and numerical, with a close attention to detail
