About Position: We are hiring for multiple positions for Product Manager-I/ II to build the platform and the B2B SAAS ecosystem around our core shipment delivery management system across first-mile, mid-mile and last-mile touchpoints.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Be accountable for driving key business metrics.

- Define and drive the roadmap execution. Partner with the business product managers to develop a vision, design, and prioritized feature backlog for digital product(s)/platform. Evangelize long-term strategy to the development teams, the product and business teams, and the broader organization.

- Own what you are building - running edge cases, testing products proactively and measuring Quality, Usage and Cost metrics regularly.

- Acting as the subject matter expert on the product for the company and evangelize the solution to internal and external audiences. be the voice of their customer and think first principles to drive the complete experience for the best outcome possible of their end user.

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, software engineers, and business operations to ensure we can deliver on the company's goals and growth metrics by managing delivery on time, on budget, and on quality.

- Meet their customer often, write good PRDs, and translate them into Agile epics, and stories, with prioritized features and specifications while incorporating inputs from all stakeholders. Familiar and comfortable with Agile development, wireframing tools, Jira for user stories

- Ensure release goals and commitments are understood by all affected teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- 2-3+ years of product management experience

- 4+ years of total work experience with solving complex problems at scale (preferably in B2B SAAS)

- Technical background (studied CS, potentially was a developer in the past) OR have worked as a platform PM in one of your product roles OR Experience working on API products.

- Strong project management skills to handle complex dependency management and diverse stakeholders to deliver projects on time and strategy.

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferable, but not mandatory.

- MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Ideal fitment:

- You are curious and ask questions. Have the knack for questioning the solution, and the ability to collaborate and identify the real-hidden problem.

- You have structured problem-solving abilities and a clear communication style.

- Have a strong bias for action and is passionate about the Product they own. You know how to "get it done", you drive results with your team.

- Ability to multi-task, multi-thread and manage competing priorities simultaneously.

- Familiar and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role.

- Familiar and comfortable with Agile development.

- Handle details accurately and in a timely manner. You show you care about quality and driving strategy to build innovative products.
