Responsibilities:

- Must have Handled Entire HYD City Operations ,Large team and Business in Last mile Operations

- Knowledge on Local Geography

- Own end to end last mile operations of a region

- Ensure SOP adherence

- Productivity and last mile manpower management

- Driver of key Operations & Customer metrics

- Manage cost, quality & efficiency to achieve operations SLAs

- Influence any key changes necessary to meet statutory requirements ensuring min risk to staff and assets

- Make standard last mile design of facility with on ground process

- Daily & weekly analysis of the KPIs and driving the performance at the cluster level

- Reviews of low performing clusters and monitoring the progress

- Identify consolidation opportunities for cost saving Ensuring no inventory stuck at last mile
