- Ecom Express has its presence in all 29 states of the country and operated in over 2400 towns across 25,000+ PIN-codes in India. The company is the first private logistics company in India to envision a full-state coverage strategy i.e. the capability to reach every doorstep in every village in a state.

A. Operational Efficiencies :

1. Identify new initiatives across the value chain based on data analysis

2. Conduct benchmarking for KPIs and define goals

3. Align key stakeholders and help them create a granular business plan with phase wise timelines and deliverables

4. Oversee implementation and publish regular updates to CXOs of the firm

5. Identify bottlenecks and raise alarms proactively

B. Expansion :

1. Identify adjacent / new demand pockets

2. Deep dive on potential business models, market size, gaps in existing offerings, key players, synergies and unit economics

3. Chart out detailed plans for launch and help kickstart new opportunities till they reach BAU

The role will report to Head- Strategy and will interact closely with the Senior Leadership at Ecom Express.

Compensation :

Year 1: INR. 12,00,000/annum

Year 2 : INR. 15,00,000/annum
