Responsibilities :

1. Be accountable for driving key business metrics

2. Create the Product longer term vision, define the product roadmaps, and own execution

3. Raise the quality bar for all teams that contribute to product experiences and ensure delivery on the company's goals and growth metrics by delivering on time, on budget, and on quality.

4. Collaborate with team on problem solutions, and help coach team on best practices for Product-led mindset of processes & tools, problem solving frameworks and tracking and owning product metrics.

5. Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset

6. Define and drive the roadmap execution. Partner with the business product managers to develop a vision, design, and prioritized feature backlog for digital product(s)/platform. Evangelize long-term strategy to the development teams, the product and business teams, and the broader organization.

7. Meet customers often, review and evaluate PRDs, establish prioritization frameworks, manage firmwide projects and review/critique design prototypes

8. Ensure release goals and commitments are understood by all affected teams

Requirements:

a) 7+ years of product management experience with managerial experience of 2+ years as manager of 2 or more PMs (not analysts)

b) 7+ years of total work experience with solving complex problems at scale (preferably in B2B SAAS)

c) Strong project management skills to handle the complex dependency management and diverse stakeholders to deliver projects on time and strategy.

d) Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
