Job Purpose : To plan and execute for exploring the Utility Products market, as to contribute in achieving the targets of Ecolibrium Energy, in accordance with agreed business practices.   Key Result Area :  - Revenue target  - Maintaining Receivables within stipulated range  - Maintaining Gross margin as per Ecolibrium Energy's business practices  - No. of Meetings with the Utilities  No. of Utilities closed in:  - Successful execution of the Projects-in-hand  - Penalty or late surcharge   - Inputs on Product Improvement   - Inputs in New Product Development  - Optimum use of various tools - CRM, Project Management Tools, etc.  Job Description :  Team Management :   - Team Building  - Training to the team and new joined employees   - Knowledge imparting   - Coordination with other teams - Tech, Product, EI and O&M  - Strengthening team-mates in critical decision making   - Periodic performance review as per internal practices   - Represent the concerns of the team to the management for constructive outcome   Pre-Sales :   - Market research & intelligence  - Roadmap for the year  - Resource Planning  Sales :   - Meeting Utility Clients and large accounts - independently as well as long with the team  - Maintaining track record of the meetings and results   - Liaising   - Tendering  - Documentation   - Pre-Bid analysis   Deal closure :   - Execution planning in sync with the teams  - Delivery coordination with the client team  - Cash-flow management   - Documentation  - Training to the client team  - Project Go-Live  - Payment collection   Product Development :   - Critical inputs to the new product development  - Training to the team-members   - Sharing learnings from the past projects to the respective teams  Knowledge :  - Indian Power Sector  - Dynamics of the Regulations - particularly for the Electricity Distribution Utilities   - Project Execution - that has GPRS modems, servers, integration with 3rd party applications  - Electrical components such as Utility meters & multi-function meters, CTs, {Ts, relays, transformers, breakers, etc. - functioning and operation   - Applications - meter data management, analytics, etc.  - Electricity Bills and Tariff components  - Power Trading   Relevant Experience :   - Years : 5-7 years of relevant experience in power sector  - Any of R-APDRP Projects  - Any of the Utility scale projects   - Coordination for Server integration's  - Handling high level officials in the electricity distribution utilities  Salary Range: 7-14 LPA
