eClerx - Senior Manager - IT Procurement

eClerx Services Ltd. is hiring for Sr. IT Procurement Manager. This person will be responsible for all large IT procurements globally and all non-IT procurements in India.

Job Location - Airoli ( Navi Mumbai)

Key aspects of the job would include:

- Lead Negotiations with key Suppliers and Service Providers

- Contract negotiation including SLAs, awarding new supplier contracts and management of suppliers against agreed KPI's & taking corrective action as appropriate.

- Supervise and quality control the supplier selection and negotiation process for all key projects based on category sourcing strategies

- Work closely with all stakeholders (IT, Admin) and help them meet their procurement budgets on all key projects

- Detailed spend analysis to identify areas of opportunity (both IT & Non IT) where more effective and improved procurement can provide greater value to the business.

- Evaluate optimal usage of services/products procured and propose substitute services/products/commercial models to meet revised needs

- Streamline P2P process (Key role in setting up and implementation of IT system for purchase and invoice processing).

- Publish MIS on savings, POs, Invoicing status and 3-way match [PO, GRN and Invoicing]

- Vendor relationship management and Periodic reviews with Key vendors.
