eClerx - Senior Manager - Finance

- Take leadership role in independently managing middle / back office operations for Investment Banks.

- Independently handle multiple clients - establish self as a valued partner.

- Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, in planning end to end fixes and in leading execution to meet six sigma quality.

- Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations.

- Build domain expertise and lead from the front.

- Lead team size of around 40-60 people - lead hiring, training, on boarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc

- Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams

- Implement process health check through metric dashboards and put in place watertight process governance.

- Minimize program dependence on self and other key members
