eClerx - Program Manager - Analytics

Job Role

- Lead Analytics program delivery for multiple Global Fortune 500 clients across multiple domains and functional areas

- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

- Work in partnership with EClerx Analytics CoE/ Innovation team as well as US/Europe based onshore consultants and drive seamless integration of offshore and onshore delivery teams

- Support development of next-generation analytics solutions/products

- Conduct workshops and pilots at client location for existing and new clients. Should be ready to travel for the significant number of days in a year

- Manage a P&L of upto $10M

Key Success Factors

- Establishing self as a valued business partner to Director/ VP level client sponsors

- Build domain expertise (service line and industry) and lead from the front

- Conduct training for self and team on advanced analytics, technology, and business skills

- Minimize program dependence on self and other key members

- Delivery of comprehensive solutions to improve key Client KPI's like Revenue, Cost & end CSAT

- Work closely with Business leads and business development team to convert new opportunities

- Ability to independently handle all project risks, challenges, and escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations

Position Details :

- Position title is Program Manager

- This position will report to the head of Analytics service delivery

- An expected span of control would vary between 100 to 200 consultants, project managers, and delivery leads

- Ability to work EMEA hours is a must and flexibility to work intermittently in APAC or US timings as per need is also critical

- This position is open for both our Navi Mumbai [Airoli] and Pune [Hinjewadi] offices
