Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Take the leadership role in independently managing Analytics project delivery (focusing on services such as Competitive Intelligence, Pricing, Business Intelligence) - Lead team size of 30+ people - lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring etc - Independently handle multiple clients - establish self as a valued partner - Manage India based service delivery team and US/Europe based onshore consultants. Drive seamless integration of offshore and onshore delivery teams - Periodically travel to client locations (US, Europe) for business review meetings - Build domain expertise (service line and industry) and lead from the front - Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope - Support development of next-generation solutions/products in coordination with IT and Center of Excellence team - Conduct training for self and team in analytics, technology, and business skills - Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations - Collaborate with Quality team in identifying process gaps, in planning end to end fixes and in leading execution to meet six sigma quality - Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within and across teams - Implement process health check through metric dashboards and put in place watertight process governance. - Minimize program dependence on self and other key members Education: Excellent academic record with a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent overseas] with bachelor's degree in Computer Science/engineering along with an MBA from a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent] Experience: Minimum of 10 years or total experience with at least 5 years in an IT delivery role. - Leadership role in analytics wing of a reputed organization with minimum span of 20 analysts, or leadership of an analytics delivery team of at least 40 people in for an established service firm, or leadership of technology team of at least 50 people. - Strong understanding and hands on execution experience in at least one of the following areas:&nbsp; [1] Delivery of Pricing Analytics solutions via quantitative/ statistical techniques&nbsp; [2] Development of data managment platform&nbsp; [3] Deployment and usage of Business Intelligence in a big data environment Industries: Retail, Travel, Hi-Tech/Technology, Industrial Manufacturing [B2B, B2C] - Team Management: Lead a team of 50+ business analysts, consultants, and senior managers rendering services in areas such as business intelligence/reporting, pricing, marketing analytics, technology service, etc. to multiple clients across verticals such as retail, travel, technology, etc - Expertise in Functional Areas: Business Intelligence, Visualization, Data Warehousing, Big Data Analytics - Expertise in Technologies / Techniques: Python, Java, .Net, R - Web Crawling/Scraping, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing - Clients Served: Global Organizations in US, Europe and Asia Pacific Attitude and Attributes - Communication: Clear, Concise and Cogent. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with internal top management as well as senior client executives - Leadership: Should be able to lead a team of high performing aggressive individuals. Should be skilled in solutioning and helping teams/ peers to get out of situations when they get stuck. - Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, develop and execute strategies, and measure results - Client: Should be able to develop and maintain client currency at senior levels through consistent delivery and knowledge - Colleagues: Should be seen as an eClerx ambassador by colleagues (both in India and Client-site) and by clients - Work Culture: Should be a self-starter and a finisher.
