HR Business Partner, HR Projects, HR Research - eClerx_Navi Mumbai Kindly revert with your updated CV : Profile- HR Business Partner, HR Projects, HR Research Designation: Process Manager or Associate Process Manager Shift timing: 12 to 9 pm (UK Shift) Location: Pune Working mode: Monday to Friday (WFO) Transportation -Cab Facility available Required Exp- 3 to 8 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor Job Description: HR Projects and HR Research Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for identifying and assisting in solving HR-related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organization's policies and objectives - Identify leading external practices and internal business needs for predictive analytics - HR Research on various HR facets for market benchmarking and parity analysis - End-to-end project management including planning, execution, development, closure, monitoring of the project HR Business Partner Roles and Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Program Leader to ensure a balance in HR & Ops communication and that Company policies are adhered to in the Program - Carry out the HIPO development and Career discussion programs for the identified group - Understand employee concerns, escalate to appropriate levels and ensure resolution of the concern - Investigate and close employee grievances and take necessary disciplinary action wherever required - Monitor PCIP for bottom performers in the program - Attrition management for the program/process - Target to reduce grievance Level up to ZERO per cent HR Reach out: - Plan & organize MTMs and conduct pulse meetings - Oversee the 90-Day on-boarding program - Ensure that the employees upskill themselves through various KM training programs Performance Appraisal and Career Planning: - Conduct sessions to explain the concept of Performance Appraisals in the organization - Ensure goal-setting activities are carried out between the managers and their subordinates at the start of the year - Help new managers with evaluating their subordinates - Drive PMS in the program by imparting appraisal coaching and attending 1x1 for all bottom quartile cases - Timely closure of PCIP cases and BG verification cases in the Program where Insufficiency/discrepancy has been identified Tracker Updating and Reporting: - Ensure that all trackers including grievance, PCIP are updated promptly and further shared with the Sr. HR BP and other stakeholders - Create all necessary reports and dashboards required for each program/process area - Drive REWARDS & RECOGNITION in the program to recognize & reward contribution and achievement to motivate higher performance levels Key Skills Required: - Good exposure to stakeholder management - Experience in employee connect activities - Strong hold on Excel / PowerPoint and presentation skills - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities - Pro-active, self-motivated, and committed to deadlines - Ability to focus on detail, while keeping an eye on the larger picture - A strong sense of commitment to work - Knowledge across core HR functional areas - Ability to translate strategic planning into action Required Skillset - HR projects -Initiatives taken, Initiatives taken for controlling attrition rate, Initiatives taken for developing retention strategies, coordination with HRBP team, checking where the attrition rate is high and what retention strategies can be developed to bring the attrition rate down, enhancing the current dashboard, connecting with HR transformation team, automating the HR processes, designing strategies.
