Location - Chandigarh

Designation - Sr.Process Manager (Sr Manager HR)

Program/Process Description

The Human Resource Department deals with management of people within the organization. There are a number of responsibilities that come with this title – Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Engagement, Compensation and Employee Engagement.

The HR Business partner role helps in partnering the business and working alongside the Operations for effective implementation of initiatives and engagements.

1. HR Reach out

- Guide and assist associate BU Partner in planning and organizing fun on the floor events

- Organize and lead communication forums

- Impart appraisal coaching for new joiners

- New joiners handholding for APM/PMs

2. HR Ops Compliance

- Conduct exit interviews for Manager group

- Guide Associate BU Partner to close PIP cases for A-SAs and take up the cases for Manager group

- Close BG cases for Managers

3. HR PgM Roadmap

- Carry out the HIPO development and Career discussion programs for the identified group of managers (APM/PM)

- Ensure to take up any action item/grievance applicable at this level and close them

- Identify and conceptualize a program specific initiative with the Associate BU partner and work along with Program leads to implement the initiative.

- 70% BU HR Role

- 20% Other HR responsibilities.

- 10 % projects .

Work Experience - Minimum 3-5 yrs (MBA HR experience from Tier1/2)

Min. Relevant - 3-5 Years

Other Comments - MBA candidate with 5-7 years of experience from other institute or Graduate having 7 Years of experience.

Educational Qualification -

- Minimum Qualification - MBA / Graduate

- Preferred Qualification - MBA - HR
