Job Description :

Summary : Ideal candidate will be having hands on experience in handling Site catalyst Implementations with strong background in requirement gathering and knowledge in Site Catalyst reporting

Qualification : Graduate with background in IT /Computer Science

Experience : Overall experience of 7-8 years with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Site catalyst Implementation and minimum 2 years of experience in Reporting

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong fundamental knowledge of Site Catalyst Variables

- Strong requirement gathering skills

- Expertise in writing technical specifications

- Expertise in testing Site Catalyst Implementations during UAT

- Ability to design solutions for new Implementations

- Hands-on experience on at least 1 leading TMS (Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe DTM)

- Reporting experience on any of the reporting tools such as Site catalyst/Google Analytics/WebTrends

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of TMS architecture & functioning

- Ability to execute TMS configurations by following best practices

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across globe

- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS

- Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities :

- Lead & supervise Site Catalyst implementation end-to-end using any leading Tag management system Interact with Client stakeholders for requirement gathering for new implementations and provide effort estimate

- Writing Technical specifications for new Implementations

- Writing Test Cases for Site Catalyst Implementation and performing tests during UAT

- Providing Post Implementation support to business users

- Provide consulting support for Site Catalyst implementation to different businesses

- Training / mentoring junior resources on Site Catalyst Implementation

- Practice development in the area of Site Catalyst Implementation & Tag management

- Set challenging targets for self & team and mentor juniors members on team towards improving better results

- Own end-to-end delivery on complex projects and drive team towards success

- Travel to client locations, as per the requirements, for scoping, reviews, workshops etc.
