Work Experience : 2 to 12 years

Skills / Experience Required :

Must haves :-

Proficient using of web analytics tools - Adobe SiteCatalyst (TAG Management, Deployment, Reporting and Optimization & Test and Target using Omniture / Sitecatalyst / Adobe analytics)

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong fundamental knowledge of SiteCatalyst Variables

- Strong requirement gathering skills

- Expertise in writing technical specifications

- Expertise in testing SiteCatalyst Implementations during UAT

- Ability to design solutions for new Implementations

- Reporting experience on any of the reporting tools such as Sitecatalyst/Google Analytics/WebTrends

Preferred Skills

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across globe

- Ability to translate business requirements into solutions

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Technical expertise in JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS

- Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

- Lead & supervise Sitecatalyst implementation end-to-end

- Interact with Client stakeholders for requirement gathering for new implementations and provide effort estimate

- Writing Technical specifications for new Implementations

- Writing Test Cases for SiteCatalyst Implementation and performing tests during UAT

- Providing Post Implementation support to business users

- Provide consulting support for SiteCatalyst implementation to different businesses

- Training / mentoring junior resources on SiteCatalyst Implementation

- Practice development in the area of SiteCatalyst Implementation

- Set challenging targets for self & team and mentor juniors members on team towards improving better results

- Own end-to-end delivery on complex projects and drive team towards success

- Travel to client locations, as per the requirements, for scoping, reviews, workshops etc.
