eClerx - Campaign Management Role

- Strong interpretation and communication skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager to VP level stakeholders and potentially explain analyses/deliverables to a less technically or analytically minded audience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing email campaigns/ campaign operations

- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of experience on IBM UNICA Marketing Automation platform. Certification is added plus.

- Excellent knowledge and minimum of 2 years of hands-on

- Experience of working on SQL. Certification is a plus.

- MS Office, esp. strong proficiency with MS Excel and PPT

- Strong project management skills, ability to create and execute complex plans.

- Outsourcing/offshoring experience is a plus

- Overall experience > 7 years

- Experience in leading teams of size > 5

- Proven project management skills with experience of having executed at least 1 big project successfully

- Proven expertise in developing solutions based on client requirements
