Job Description

- Experienced in Analytics domain, technologies and processes this includes designing and managing intricate Analytical solutions, conducting Audits, Developing Processes and Practices, proposing Analytics Frameworks and Roadmaps

- Strong experience in advanced statistics and analytics

- Very good understanding of data infrastructure and experience with statistical modeling

- Strong business understanding of hi- tech manufacturing/retail/leisure or travel industries

- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

- Ensure client satisfaction while achieving agreed upon company targets and goals

- Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions

- Develop presentations, strategies, tactics and documentation, as required

- Able to set SMART goals and milestones for teams / program

- Should be flexible to work EMEA shift and extend to US shifts on a needed basis

- Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and train others

- Provide support to teams across verticals

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / BACKGROUND

- 10+ years of relevant experience in analytical domain

- Very good understanding of data infrastructure and experience with statistical modeling

- Be a good team player and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and with clients

- Excellent Leadership skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Good experience in designing solutions for the customers

- Excellent in Planning, organizing and Time Management

- A person who takes initiatives regularly

- Main focus on Customer Quality and Team Management

- Be a self-starter and proactively identify and drive initiatives and opportunities for adding value to customer service

- Be able to work with ambiguities

- Be able to plan, prioritize and manage work requests from various stakeholders and set clear expectations

- Demonstrated good written/spoken communication and presentation skills

- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities are a must
