Other Comments Technical Skills/Experience Required : Must haves - 10+ years- experience in Digital creative projects management for multi-national clients - 2D, 3D imagery, CGI modelling, video, AR/VR - Should have led project delivery and directly managed clients - Excellent project scoping and project management skills - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation - Very good domain understanding of digital creative work and ecosystem - Should possess hands-on expertise in creating 2D, 3D imagery, CGI modelling and videos - Ability to conceptualize workflows, solutions and quality checks - 6+ years people management experience - Should have managed a team of 25+ digital artists and/or CGI designers - Ability to do new project scoping, resource estimation, building project delivery plan, managing execution and reporting accurately Good to haves - Modeling and Unwrapping - Texturing, Lighting, Rendering - Sculpting, Rigging - Animation, Compositing - Experience in Automotive, White Good and Fabric modeling will be added advantage Software Skills Must haves - Microsoft office Suite - Adobe Photoshop - Autodesk 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, VRay Good to haves - Adobe After Effects - Nuke, Modo, Sketchup, Autodesk Mudbox, Zbrush - Deadline - Various Rendering plugins Roles &amp; Responsibilities Job Description - As a Creative Program Manager, you will own end-to-end digital creative projects, plan and direct schedules, monitor the project from initiation through delivery, and organize cross-team activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. - To facilitate on-time product delivery, you will work with a variety of stakeholders including clients to prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and maintain organizational focus. - You will provide team leadership and expertise for managing the digital creatives- business for the company. You will lead development of new creative products/services/processes along with recommending and justified changes to existing products/services/processes. - You will also help train and upskill your team members on latest technologies and their usage. Job Responsibilities : - Own multiple digital creative projects delivery and keep internal and external stakeholders updated of project progress - Understand project scope and prepare project plan to deliver per client expectations - Create hands-on sample models (in soft and hard modeling including UV MAPPING) for baselining and reference for rest of team members. - Work from Initial Brief to Delivery along with your team of 40+ creative artist's to ensure deadlines are met, with quality and within budget - Proactively develop your personal and teams- technical skills to help push creative quality boundaries when delivering on projects.
