- Head the Manager Development team within the Learning & Development function of eClerx - catering to junior and middle management

- Create programs that are aligned with business objectives

- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to conduct an effective training need analysis

- Scope the requirements of manager development programs and define business outcomes

- Develop manager development solutions, which are integrated, efficient, effective, and innovative

- Embrace different styles of training techniques, including instructor-led trainings, e-learning, coaching, etc.

- Partner with third-party vendors or other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of manager development programs

- Ensure that all training logistics are efficiently handled

- Deliver, whenever required, training sessions / blended L&D solutions to junior and middle management

- Craft and deploy impact assessments / effectiveness criteria to evaluate the success of manager development initiatives

- Accurately and regularly report progress to business and internal stakeholders

- Manage a team of designers who create computer-based trainings and videos for stakeholders across the organization

- Manage the eLearning engagement of eClerx with third-party eLearning providers

- Market manager development initiatives to foster a learning culture and improve awareness

- Manage the Continuing Education Policy at eClerx

- Create and manage partnerships with business schools, finance-training institutions, and analytics-training institutes

- Handle trainings for the HR, Knowledge Management, Quality, CSR, and Centralized Marketing teams

- Create the annual training budget, in association with the L&D Head and HR Head

- Work with the Metrics and Corporate Finance teams to track the budgeted versus actual training spend

- Implement manager development solutions within the allocated training budget

- Manage special L&D projects

- Keep abreast of L&D innovations and current market practices

- Be willing to travel to the Pune and Chandigarh offices, whenever required
