Profile : HR Operations - eClerx Designation : APGM Shift timing : 12 to 9 pm (UK Shift) or 11 to 8 pm (General Shift) Location : Pune _Hinjewadi Phase 2 Working mode : Monday to Friday (WFO) Transportation : Cab Facility available Required Exp : 9 to 14 Years Senior Process Manager Role and Responsibility: - As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing, managing, and streamlining our human resources operations. - Your responsibilities will encompass policy implementation, improvement of employee relations by resolving their HR queries - You will be the linchpin ensuring the seamless functioning of all internal HR operations. - Monitor internal HR systems and databases - Set objectives for the HR operation team and track progress based on metrics Pre - onboarding: - lead the team in checking the documents of all selected candidates - Ensure the team follows all the checklists before the offer release - Ensure the team releases all offers within the defined SLA - Ensuring the offer letter has all the clauses as per designation/location etc - Reporting of all key metrics to senior management on offer release Onboarding - Led the team to complete the joining formalities of all new joiners on the first day - Ensure all compliance adherence during joining like PF, ESIC, etc - Ensure all new joiners are using the HRMS portal effectively to complete the joining formality - Ensuring salary data sent to the payroll team are accurate - Ensuring the appointment letter has all the clauses as per designation/location etc Background verification - Setup adequate monitoring and probing according to KPI definition to measure service availability, performance and ensure the associated SLAs are met - Deliver the operational strategy for the team in the region and align it with the functional strategy - Build strong partnerships with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure exceptional operational collaboration & effective foundation for future growth. - Own the BGV process and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction. - Strategize training needs based on organization Goals and Develop functional expertise in the Team - Increasing the profitability using cost control, optimum utilization of resources - Ensuring all verification for new joiners is initiated on time - Strict governance on all the vendor's performance to ensure SLA are met Vendor invoice payment - Give ideas to improve the HRMS portal used for BG - Reporting of all key metrics to senior management - Employee query resolution - Led a team of HR executives to resolve employee queries related to HR - Ensure the SLA defined for query resolution is met - Strategize to enhance the chatbot to reduce the volume of employee queries - Analyze the queries Derive key inferences and provide valuable inputs to other HR functions Compliance and external audits - Compliance and external audits - Ensuring all compliance requirements related to employees are met - like PF, ESIC, gratuity etc - Ensuring all employee documents are saved in the HRMS portal - Face external audits regarding compliance and ensure no observations in the audits Technical and Functional Skills: - The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience. - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. - Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. - Good at Managing Conflict and setting direction - Meets defined SLA If interested kindly revert to the below details : Current Organization name: CTC: ECTC: Notice period: Total Experience: Relevant Experience in HRBP profile: Highest qualification: Current location: Ready to work from Pune: Reason for change:
